**NEW Zumba Gold® class, Tuesday St Saviours Church Hall-11:30am**

 Do you (or know someone) that would like to improve their fitness at a level to suit them and join in with a fun social activity? Our new Tuesday class at 11:30am-12:30pm is the perfect way to do this and you’ll find all ages and abilities enjoying the session. £5 pay as you go or use your class pass. 

Zumba Gold® is a fantastic class aimed at the over 55’s, total beginners to fitness, those with an injury or people needing a low impact workout due to perhaps just having a baby or surgery. The cleverly designed low impact moves will help improve strength, balance, co-ordination and brain function. We cover a wide range of fun dance styles including salsa, merengue, flamenco, rock and roll, bellydance, jive and so much more.

It really is so much fun and suitable for all ages and abilities – low impact does not mean easy or slow! You can take it at your own pace and build up confidence and get to know the steps. **Pauls Place Flash Mob – Saturday 14th April 2018**

Come and join Jo and her team for a fun flashmob outside Boswells cafe in Yate shopping centre at 11am to dance or just cheer them on!  We’ll be there whooping -will you?

**Pre Centre Parcs Drinks – Friday 4th May 2018**

If you are joining us at Centre Parcs, I thought it would be nice to meet up beforehand to get to know the group a bit better and plan our stay.  If you’re free we’d love to see you for a drink on the Friday evening on Chipping Sodbury highstreet.  We’ll confirm location and details once I know numbers so please comment on our Facebook Centre parks group –  or message me if you fancy it!!

**Center Parcs break – Friday 11th May -Monday 14th May 2018**

Everyone at Go Zumba UK is Welcome……simply grab a group of your Zumba buddies (or make new ones) and book an apartment between yourselves. You can spend your time as you like with the chance to join in with meals, parties and activities Go Zumba UK style. It’s a fabulous chance to get the girls together and make some memories. If you’d like to come and need a room, get in touch and we’ll try and match you up. We’ve got 4 apartments booked in so far, will you be joining us??  Remember, what happens at Center Parcs stays at Center Parcs!!

**Picnic in the park – Sunday 17th June 2018**

It’s summer and time for another group picnic at Kingsgate Park in Yate.  Everyone’s welcome – bring the partners, kids and family along and a picnic of course!   We’ll set up our Zumba camp (bring blankets or chairs) at the park entrance near Stanshawe Pub on the grass opposite their beer garden.  Meet us there anytime from 11am and we’ll get the rounders set out again (it usually gets very competitive!).  Hopefully a little sunbathing, yummy food and chilling with friends, what could be better?  **Weather permitting**

**Summer Sizzler – date changed to Friday 13th July 2018**
 It’s hot, hot, hot at class so let’s embrace the sweat and burn extra calories with this extended, summer themed Zumba class.  Wear brightly coloured Zumba clothes with a holiday/ beach theme (the best dressed gets a prize) and join us for some spicy summer feel good tracks.  Maybe Dave will bring us an ice lolly again if we work extra hard!  6:30pm-8pm- limited spaces, pre booking needed.  90 minutes £7 (or one class stamp and £2).  Kids 14 and under £3.50. St Mary’s School Hall.

**Brighton Bus Trip – Saturday 17th November 2018**

We are hiring a mini coach and driver for an over night stay on the weekend of 17th/18th November to a very cool and hip place – Brighton!  If anyone would like to join us you would be responsible for booking your own hotel and book your space on the Zumba bus with me.  Please confirm bus availability with me first before booking accommodation if you require transport (you can always drive down yourself).  The bus is £37 each and if we fill all the seats any left over money goes into the night out kitty.  The Hotel we have booked (and I believe everyone else so far) is the The Old Ship Hotel, Kings Road, Seafront, Brighton.  At the moment twin rooms are £121.50 (booked directly with discount code TEN) but of course you can stay anywhere close by.  The plan is leave from a central Yate location at 8am, arrive lunchtime, drop off bags , hit the shops, check in at the hotel, then meet early evening for a group meal (optional) and then head out for some drinks and a dance.  Next day more shopping opportunities, grab lunch somewhere and leave at 3pm to return back to Yate.  Hurry, there’s only a handful of seats left on the Zumba happy tour bus!!
